Life can be very challenging at times. It even says in the Bible John 16:33 that we will all face tribulations, but to take heart because Jesus has overcome the world. I want to be a beacon of light for those who are in darkness. I have experienced that darkness when I went through depression and anxiety and by the grace of God I was healed but it took a lot of counseling to get me through it. I know that having someone come alongside you to help you through the process is life changing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from Liberty University in 2014. I have worked inpatient at Laurelwood Psychiatric Hospital for 8 years. I also worked in private practice for two years. I enjoy working with kids, adults, and those struggling with substance use. I also have experience working with adolescents.
I am passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them get back to a life they are destined to live.
