My passion is to help others find peace in a chaotic world. We live in a time where many people struggle with various issues like depression, anxiety, grief, or hopelessness just to name a few.
Many people have read self-help books, blogs, listened to podcasts and sought counsel from friends, colleagues and family to no avail. Professional counseling provides real life applications to help the individual overcome a variety of issues. As a counselor, I look at each person holistically including your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
We all know that change is hard, but so often change can be a positive motivator in our lives. This has been the case for me. I retired from a career in the airline business to pursue my passion of helping others. I have received my Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling, LPC from Liberty University.
My heart’s desire is to help those who are ready to change the narrative of their lives and write the best chapter of their life yet.
