Jillian Meek, Associate Professional Counselor

Hi, I’m Jillian Meek, and I’m here to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. I’m an associate licensed professional counselor with a bachelor’s degree from Georgia College & State University and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. My work focuses on teenagers, college students, and adults, and I often help clients work through depression, anxiety, trauma, self-worth issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and spiritual concerns from a Christian perspective.

In our sessions, we’ll create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, aiming to understand your unique journey and help you move toward healing and growth. Whether you’re dealing with the stresses of life transitions, relationship struggles, or past wounds, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support that aligns with your values.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me enjoying the warmth of the beach or spending quality time with my husband, family, and friends. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work together and support you on your journey toward greater well-being.
