With over 7 years of experience, I’ve helped individuals ages 13 and up, both male and female, heal from anxiety, depression, struggles with mood, and navigate the challenges of life transitions such as school, divorce, relationship changes, or career shifts. Whether you’re a teen figuring out your identity or an adult facing a significant life change, my goal is to help you find peace of mind, clarity, and emotional balance. Life doesn’t have to feel so overwhelming. Together, we can work towards healing, mental wellness, and the inner strength you need to face life’s challenges.
